DESCRIPTION:Join Out_door Kat for a guided Winter Solstice Forest Therapy Walk. Take this time to pause and connect before the rush of the season takes over. Dress accordingly as we will be outside the entire time. Warm layers\, socks\, gloves\, and hats are recommended as well as a snow proof outer layer.
