DESCRIPTION:This is an overnight\, fully immersive wellness retreat happening from Saturday August 17th at 9am until Sunday August 18th at 3pm at the beautiful Free Spirit Tours Heathcote location!\nYou will experience a weekend of Mind-Body-Heart-Soul Connection through a guided 3 hour kayak down the stunning Beaver River\, a Full Moon circle with Astrologer Alyssa Fry\, and personal reflection and discussion in community. \nBring your tent and set it up with other retreat go-ers\, and then enjoy delicious\, mostly locally sourced food while you soak up the beautiful location and events we have in store for you!
