DESCRIPTION:As winter softens and the light returns\, join us for a morning of renewal at Duntroon Highlands House (near Duntroon Highlands Golf Resort). \nFrom 10am – 12pm we’ll spend two intentional hours in guided introspection\, journaling\, and breathwork\, creating space to release the heaviness of winter and step into spring\, feeling uplifted and balanced. We’ll close with tea and light snacks in community. \nDate: Friday March 20 from 10am – 12 pm\nCost: $65 per person | $100 for a pair\nBring: journal\, warm layers\, water \nLet this be the season you rise.
