PHYSICAL AND MENTAL BENEFITS

Forest Therapy is a gentle walk in a natural environment where a sense of embodiment of self and Forest merge. Our roots were grown here, so by returning to this space, we can allow our bodies and minds quiet and calm.

Gain physical and mental benefits through the inhalation of phytoncides, essential oils given off by many plants and trees. These oils aid in immune function and cardiovascular health as well as a reduction of stress and depression by stabilizing mood and cognition.

Follow the guide through a series of invitations and share circles to promote safe containers of witness and support. End the walk with a tea ceremony for any introspection that may surface. Great for individual practice as well as group participation in wellness and bonding.

Great people, great equipment. They offered flexible shuttle options to save our group considerable money as well! Really appreciate that kind of service.

We had a great time during this activity, the personnal was friendly. We took the 2 hours package, with kids 11 and 15 and a stop to eat lunch and swim it was a perfect duration of about 3 hours.

We did the two hour paddle and loved it! The river was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. There was lots of wildlife to look at - birds, turtles and a beaver! Prices were very affordable, we will return next time we are in the area. Remember to keep left on the rapids! Haha
