A one hour Paddle down the Beaver River, and then it’s a short drive to Georgian Hills Vineyards to test several different wines paired with cheeses and other tasty snacks.

Level of experience
Beginners to Experienced – The Beaver River is great for beginner paddlers. You’ll be shown some paddle strokes to help you maneuver your boat.
Location
Paddling (1 hour) on the Beaver River and wine tasting (1 hour) at Georgian Hills Vineyards on Grey Rd 2.
All tours must be pre-booked.

What to bring
Water to drink (in a day pack so it’s easy to carry), a water resistant camera and sunscreen
What to wear
Sun hat, bathing suit, clothes you don’t mind getting wet, water shoes or sandals

You drive yourself.
1 hour self-guided paddle (choice of Canoe/Kayak/SUP).

Guided/Shuttled

We pick you up and drop you off.

PADDLING PROTOCOLS

Please follow a “leave no trace” policy. If you pack it in, pack it out (this applies to trash as well and especially cigarette butts).

Take only pictures and leave only footprints. Please do not disturb vegetation or wildlife.

Life jackets are to be worn.

Alcohol and cannabis are not permitted (it’s the law!).

Please only open your marine safety kit in an emergency situation.

Please bring your boats and equipment from the river back up to the yard (you must remove any personal items or trash)
